I recently noticed a very slow tranny leak, about one drop every 15 minutes. Took another look and the bottom of the tranny is covered in fluid as well...but I can't tell where it's coming from. What are of the most commo places for it to leak from?

It's an opti problem.

The case is in three pieces all of which can leak where they come together. It can also leak at the rear seal, shifter plate and the plate that covers the shift pattern.
It can leak at the speed sensor, reverse light indicator solenoid and at the fill and drain plugs. :D

I cant say the epoxy is a good thing but why not try that marine sealer to keep all the fluid in ? lol
