I haven't chaged out sprigns yet because I can't afford the clearance loss, not o mentioned lowed springs hurts you on the launch.
I guess I'll keep searching :(

I would add Lower Control Arms and relocation brackets to that list.

The relocation brackets correct the angle caused by dropping the car.

They will change the angle that your car loads on causing it to plant on the tires more and not waste as much energy, also rids you of the horrible wheel hop.

The adjustable should be fine!

Relo's are good but make sure you get the adjustable unless you swap out the 10 bolt first, else you'll have issues. I wouldn't advise a lowering if your PRIMARY objective is the 1/4. Great for auto-cross, but the energy transfer (loss) can negatively affect your 60'. I have the lowered system and am now opting for a stiffer rear suspension to (a) handle the weight, (b) raise my ride height and (c) to reduce the lagging response time.
I intend on the GC (ground control perches), 175# springs, and SA (single adjustable) Koni's, but you don't need that heavy a spring. Call Sam Strano and advise him of what you want and front/rear axle weights.
Just my 2 cents

I knew lowering springs hurt you on launching...but do think i makes a considerable difference? I not just looking for straight line perforance...I want a good balance.
What clearance loss cant you afford? Headers? Im trying to look towards the future. I dont want to do mods that i will regret later.
Headers and a offroad Y-Pipe that has an electric cutout on it that I already have an issue with slamming it into the floor boards ever so offten.

x2...same here, but I am an extreme case! OK, no comments from the peanut gallery:rolleyes:
I have (2) cutouts, but the driver side is the worst for bottoming out

What about just lowering the front?
Would 1.2" drop in front even look good? I really like the look of a lowered f-body. If I only lowered the front it such greatly effect the weight transfer...right?
I have my front end lowered 1.5" and the rear is at stock height. I think it looks tough.
