Some times when I push in the clutch the transmission grinds, today I pulled out of a parking lot then had to stop for a light, so I just pushed in the clutch while in 1st to coast up to the light and it started grinding, a couple days ago I was in 3rd and it did the same thing, it will also happen if I down shift to 2nd at around 35-40mph it only does this when the clutch is all the way in.
It only does it for a couple of seconds then stops, I know there isn't the golden answer out there, but if anyone has ever heard of this happening, please give me an idea on were to start.

The transmission is full, the clutch was low on fluid but I filled it up yesterday.:dontknow:

Maybe the simplest thing it can be is the throw out bearing. Has the clutch ever been replaced? If not, maybe this is the time since it all has to come out anyway to get to the bearing.

The clutch was replaced July 7th last year, with a ram clutch.

Does it only do it with the clutch pedal pushed in?

Well, I talked to the guy who put the clutch in, and he's thinking it's the throw out bearing also, so i'm going to bring the car to him this week so he can figure it out.

Thanks for your help.
