T-56 SHIFTER KNOB SHAFT THREADS

I am needing to know the thread pitch for the shifter shaft that the knob screws on to for a t-56 trans? I have a smaller one that I mite drill and retap or where is a good place to purchase stock or aftermarket shifter knobs?---thanks

just take it off and measure at any hardware store. They should have pitch and threads/inch gauges.

I found out that they are 16 m.m. x 1.50----thanks!
