I was interested in supercharging a TBI set up on a 3rd gen, instead of TPI, any information on that? or which supercharger would bolt up? Thanks for the help.

I'm pretty sure Year One has a kit you can buy for the TBI. Don't quote me on it, but I think I remember seeing something about it in their catalogue.

I really wouldn't recommend it. TBI is fuel limited...there's only so much HP you can make because there's only so much fuel the injectors can supply, and there's virtually no aftermarket for TBI injectors.

I'd rather you spend the $3000 you'd spend on a blower on a real set of heads and a cam. There's so much room for improvement on a TBI motor a blower would be dead last on my list.

Thanks for the info, i think it might be better that way. i picked up an l98 tpi 350 out of a trans am so i think i can play with that.

80lb injectors are the biggest you can find for the tbi's and with increased fuel pressure (around 30 lbs max) you could feed it the fuel it needs with the fuel pump upgrades. I think whipple makes the tbi kit, but it is marketed for tbi trucks if you are searching for it.
