SECURITY light?!!?

ok so sometimes when i go to start my car i do everything that i would usually do and the car doesn't even crank over and a security light comes on. Is there any way to get this light to shut off quicker? or do i have to wait like 5 min for it to shut off, and how do i get it to stop coming on all the time? and any ideas for what it will cost to do?

this is a problem with ur key i think...i had the exact same problem...the chip in ur key wears out and the car doesnt recognize it....the theft lock we have is if the computer sense the car is started with out the that key it wont let it start ..in case it was stolen etc...might wanna bring it to a dealer and have them make u a new key ...cause if it goes on...u wont be able to start the car

go to shbox.com and look up the vats bypass. that will fix your problems for good.
