I have the same problem, and can't figure it out either. If you find an answer please share.

I don't know anything about blowers really, but isn't there some sort of check valve that allows the car to build vacuum when the throttle is shut so your brakes work? Could that be malfunctioning so that it never opens to allow boost into the manifold?

I don't know a thing about centrifugals but are all yer intercooler piping and silicone couplings tight, no leaks?? Sure the belt isn't slipping??

if your guage isn't reading boost you have a leak somewhere in the pipeing. or your gauge isn't hooked up correctly.

If the diaphram (sp?) in the bypass valve is out, you're not going to build boost. You're just going to dump the bypassed air back in the pre-blower ducting. Also, if the vaccum/boost line from the bypass valve to the intake is off, damaged, plugged, or cut - the bypass valve will remain open, not allowing boost to be built.
Not saying this is your problem, but it's definitely something you should check out.

Most probs are ussually associated with the belt not being tight enough .. it has to be crazy insane tight - no flex .. that was the only prob with my buddies 96 SS with the same set-up

I have tried that with the belt, but all I ever get is broken belts.

Do you have a pic of one? So that I know what I'm looking for.

sdce is the only people that make them. if your serious about making boost it's worth the money. i don't regret buying it when i had a procharger.

i have a p1sc ATI procharger too. when i idle or let off the gas it hits a vac of 20 lbs... but when it gets to wind out a bit i make it to full boost. my boost gauge flicks whenever i tap the gas.
what is your boost set at? if worst comes to worst you can always call the procharger dudes...
