i now that my car can pass right now but how far can i push it and still pass. this may be stupid but would non emmisions lt's pass? if not what would be best in terms of headers?

Well In texas no Long tubes "wont" pass. However i have only passed through terrell so i dont know much about it but it looked relatively small. First call a place and ask if they use a sniffer for your particular area. If so get it inspected and slap some LT's on there and dont worry about it for a year. Meantime try and find you a dirty shop who will let you buy a sticker.

yea they put the sniffer in the pipe last time but im movine to a non emmisions county. what im more woried about is heading to college and dealing with emmisions there for 4 years

around my parts they dont sniff a thing. they check the horn, check the lights, and send you on your way...sans $12.50. i love it. lol

Yall suck. They always put me on the sniffer. Maybe ill start driving to a neighboring county or just handing them a 20 when i give em the keys. haha

Yah where im from it was 12.50 too. Also you cant go to a neighboring county. You hve to have it inspected in your county according to your registration/insurance card. Thats why they ask for it when you get inspected.
