Guess this is what I get to look forward too this fall/winter (F11 112 lsa).......at least you look organized!
Best wishes, and sound bites if you get a chance. Curious to hear how she sounds. Is it an M6 or A4?
Just curious if you'll have tuning issues w/F13

The F13 will take some tuning, but should be a strong runner when it's done.

Its goin to take awhile for me to tune this i think. My car is an A4, hence the 114lsa. i might try for some sound clips, however with my duals, it won't sound like most setups. I will say this, get absolutely everything in advance. check, doublecheck, triplecheck. i think i have everything, but i better being that i ordered my cam back on Halloween, and have been in prep since then. also GET THE ARP CRANK BOLT. i can see why they recommend it. the longer length will help get the crank pulley off, as well as back on easily

You might want to replace the oil pick up o-ring while you are putting in the new pump.
The last thing you want is a torn one. :(

Autozone had the magnets in the front by the calender. i am goin to try to return them now, cause they were $3 a piece! i got farther now on it, and am puttin stuff back together. got the rocker arms back on now, and the timing chain cover back on. now i have to get the crank pulley and crank bolt back on. then its just the rad and all that jazz

what kinda gains do you think you will get, i'm an lt1 guy so i was just curious how much better the gains are on the ls1 when you do a cam swap

I would wager (depending on other mods), about 50-55 or 60, and I gauge that against the F11 cam that should yield me about 45-50 (not counting the ASP underdrive pulley)

i'm assuming your talking rw hp and tq

Correct sir, but I cannot speculate on TQ values since I am not that familiar w/F13 specs. F11 TQ values should be slightly higher (proportionally) based on the exhaust value IMO. Unfortunately my cam install is about 8 mos away (after 7 more car payments)............yeah, baby! PAID
Most of the reviews I have read over on LS1tech w/similar setups is my basis for this expectation

im not really concerned with dyno #s, but i would like 400hp. i think with my exhaust, 90mm intake, and this cam, i should be close after its tuned. i may do an underdrive pulley and maybe electric water pump later down the road too. low 12s is my goal with cam only, and high 11s with a stall hopefully, but i don't want to be a bench racer

Sounds likes the package should come close to meeting your needs. What is your race weight? 400 hp should be easily attainable IMO with that cam.
Good luck and keep us posted on the results. Very curious to see how it turns out for you

idk what my weight is. i know that i saved a few pounds with my exhaust setup, and no spare tire. if i run like a 12.0, i will take everything out i possibly can to get the 11.99. but thats all theory

Low 12's shouldn't be hard to do. I got 12.1 with an M6, 222/222, and exhaust
When're you heading to the track?

It will be a decent while till i hit the track for a balls out run. for one, i need DRs. and i will be tuning for awhile. i will go and make some runs, but it will be for logging to dial in the PE table
