Been working on my LT1 tuning for a while, got a very good solid LT1 OBD1 E85 tune down. Still doing experiements with it. Hope to get on a dyno soon to see how I do.
Anyone else mess with E85 or am I all alone in the night?

I am wanting to do some experimentation with some lean cruising modes, and need to do it in open loop, at least for now.
What is the best way to tune for Open Loop cruise to ensure I am running safe?
How do I keep it in open loop and prevent closed loop operation?
Are the O2's worth looking at? Will they be a stable reading or still fluxuating like the Close Loop mode?
I know I have heard of some people running open loop all the time to get the conditions they want, I would like some tips on tuning that way.
The car is a 94 Fleetwood Brougham, LT1, factory installed 3.42's.
Thanks!

If anyone is interested, I finally do have a good solid open loop tune. I found one on the net that looks to be an export LT1 cal.
With some tweaks I finally have a good running Open Loop cal.
