101 to mid 70's in three days. Dry as a bone to hail and 60 mph winds. Rolling blackouts to provide power. Isnt it great?

Lived there for 4 years. 2 in Abilene and 2 in Wichita Falls. TX has some awesome skies! Used to love to watch the heat lightning.

hahaha, lost my first car (sort-of. ended bringing it back to life) to a flash-flood in Mesquite

I love how there's no rain for weeks and then it just pours all of a sudden, then you've got blue skies again for a while :D

I miss the 'drier' heat, too. I have to swim to my car every morning out here in AL...
