I put on long tube headers and removed the AIR and EGR setups, i have every line plugged as well as i can see but for some reason im driving the car idles at 2000 and dosent like to drop down to idle i have also had the pcm tuned, when i rev the car above 2k rpm it drops down to idle but when im moving is when it stay at 2k.

If you had a data log Solomon could assist you, IAC count, TPS voltage, MAP and MAF flow would help isolate the cause. First all F-Body's will idle a few hundred RPM RPM faster when the PCM sees speedometer is over 8 MPH, OBD1 has a "Throttle Follower IAC Offset" table, not sure what ODB2 calls it. It's purpose is to prevent stalling when coming to stops in traffic. However 2K is way to fast. You are either getting to much air in there (IAC stuck open, vacuum leak, throttle stop is open to much or sticking open). Also (this is not significant enough to cause high RPM you are seeing) unless EGR was tuned off it will be adding 2-3* timing when PCM thinks it's engaged, did you get it tuned out. Did the problem start after the mods or the tune, if tune drop back to your old one if you have the s/w and a PC. Stock tune should run good enough with your mods to test things out. Have you contacted Solomon, he's real good about working with any data logs or abnormalities you can provide after your tune.

sounds like a vaccume leak, you sure you didnt miss anything.

If the problem happened after the tune, the idle air decay needs to be cut down. If it were a vacuum leak it should idle high at all times.

Would u happen to know of any tech articles that could show me how to do that ?

Check out the sticky HPtuners for dummies, it will explain your symptom. I had the same problem and just sent my pcm to pcmsforless and let Bryan work his majic on it. Runs like a champ now.

I know it sounds obvious, but did you make sure the brake booster hose is secure? I've seen at least one person on here with your symptoms who had left it unconnected without remembering.
As I mentioned in email with you, I'd suspect an intake leak first, since you removed the AIR/EGR at the same time as getting the new tune. Are the EGR block-offs bolted down securely? Sure there was no gasket residue back there preventing a good seal? Otherwise, my other thought was a bad IAC valve, but if it started after the AIR/EGR removal, I'd look there first.
I did not modify the throttle follower tables from stock (because stalling can happen as Bob mentioned), but there's no reason you should be having those symptoms from my tuning with a stock engine.
Let us know what you find!

Will do thatnks alot guys.
Spray starter fluid on all your vacuum lines, if the idle raises then there's a leak. Thats the fastest way to mark that off the list.

im pretty sure solomon didnt mess up the tune, its a vaccume leak. or somthing isnt sealed correctly.

make sure your intake tubing from the maf "if not a 93 "to the throttle body is back on correctly and not leaking air. It's definitly a vaccum leak or a leak as mentioned i don't think a totaly stuck open iac will even make it idle that high. sure you pluged all the vaccum lines?
