Eclipse CD7000 or CD5000?

Which had unit should I get to replace my Pioneer Premier DEH P960MP, the Eclipse CD7000, CD5000,Kenwood KDC-X990 or the Panasonic CQ CB8901. I really want to go with a H/U that is both XM and HD FM ready or enabled. The Panasonic CQ CB8901 has a HD Tuner built in where as the Kenwood KDC-X990 has fantastic features and is XM and HD ready.

I would not run any of the new Eclipse decks as they are not even close to par with the older ones. I sold Eclipse primarily for over 10 years, and the new stuff is just not to par.
