Rear Suspenion Drop

I am pretty sure i saw a mod some place that talked about lowering the rear about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch, but i'm not sure where. I'd like to fit 295's out back, but i've heard if you lower the car there are clearance issues.

It's called the "heater Hose" mod. You basically remove the rear shock isolator. Don't know about clearance issues. I did this mod and have had no probs, but I only run 255s out back.
