I got my zex kit today and i'm looking at the engine bay on my 94 camaro and i'm not sure where to put the control box. I was thinking under the battery box but i'm not sure. I'm wanting to keep this hidden and next to keeping the hood closed i was hoping some other lt1 guy has done this already. Thanx for any input!

It's been 6 weeks since your post; how did you make out with the install, which kit did you buy and where did you end up putting the control box?

I have a question about the Zex 82026 kit and a blow down hook up too. If no answers for this happen here I'll create a new thread.

Thanks

Well i'm going to be refreshing my website www.blackfbody.com but i do have info on what i've done so far if anyone wants to look. I used vinny's bottle mount plate and it worked great. 860 performance parts. great guy! I'm going to the G10 this weekend but as soon as i come back i'll post pics on where everything is. In the console the switches and the gage is in there from nitrous works. I've just got the interior back together so everything will be hidden to the average person. I've mounted the box in the front by the intake and i'm making a cover for it to kind of conceal it better. You can see the nozzle but at first glance the car looks factory. I should get the engine back by next month since i've had the inards coated just to see how much i can get from a coated engine and heads. But the install went really well and hoefully will be able to mount the purge next month and i'm going to have it come out in front of the hood by the headlight. Nothing fancy just fun!!

I also meant to add that i'm going to attempt to put an LS1 intake on my LT1 to see if it'll work. If it does, it will be pretty cool........
