Depends on what the goals are.
I do not run them due to weight and the car is straight.

I'm more on the fence. I think the 4th gen F-body is rigid enough you don't really need them, unless you're planning on big power, very sticky tires and very hard launches w/low 60ft times. (aka chassis twisting forces).
I suppose for longevity SFCs would help prevent body flexing and fatigue.
They really got popular with the 3rd gen crowd because those cars were very flimsy in terms of chassis flex.
I don't have them on my car......probably will eventually but its never been high on my priority list.
