When I turn my lights off on my ta there is a wonderful grinding buzzing noise up front,the light is completely down while its doin this not before??:mad:

ooooohhhhh have fun with that one.

The gears inside your headlight motor are stripped. You can either pull it apart and replace/rotate them or just do what I did and buy a new motor you won't have to mess with for a long time :)

Unless you have the extended warranty....I do know Dimensions covers it.

You can also undo the lever arm from the shaft, rotate the shaft 180 degrees and use the other 1/2 of the circular gear that still has new teeth on it.

i need to keep that in mind, i know quite a few TA guys, that probably didnt know that
