LT1 cylinder head question

Kinda of a dumb question but i figured you guys would know best. I have a set of 96 lt1 aluminum cylinder heads laying around that gave 60k miles on them. Someone offered me $100 for them. Is that a good price?

Otherwise, hold out for closer to $200 or so.
