Need help with my fuel pressure plz help quick

My camaro is 1995 3.4l 5 speed my problem is when i go to accelerate i can feel a stutter like its starving for fuel or air i dont know which then when i put it in park and shut off the car i smell like raw gas i have no idea what is causing this im getting terrible fuel economy i was wondering if it could be the fuel pressure regulator. Also throws egr code but has been replaced twice and the ses light comes on and off never had problem before now.

it could be ignition related. Might be a good idea for a tune. spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter and replace air filter.

has been done new spark plugs and wires 1500 miles ago k&n cai new everything pretty much lol

Pull the vacuum hose off the regulator if its wet or has a heavy fuel odor its failed. I'd replace the fuel filter as well like red suggested regardless

Basically a tune up is a good way to start, also replace the O2 sensors.
