350 motor without changing wireharness

I'm looking to put a 350 in a v6 can i do that without changing the wireharness i heard i can but not sure here is my build idea
350 ci .20 bore
383 stroker kit
650-750 carb
rear end 3.55-3.73
1500-2500 stall
rebuilt 350 turbo trans/shift kit
you think this build will work without changing the wireharness
