Can someone tell me how do I go about checking this code?

Code 68- A/C relay circuit fault. Check relay circuit for open or ground condition.

Where exactly is this relay? I changed all the relays under the hood in the black box...the fuses in the box...so what did I miss? I sent the car to the "shop" with the code...$200 later...the A/C isn't working constant...but the code is still there.

Yes I cleared it....

And Why is my O2 sensors still coding...Come on they are not even 6,000 miles and Denso so what gives? Ideas for why i have Code 44 and Code 64 also??

Please Help. I've been out of work for a year...and this is my only car. I can't afford any more "shop" people who seem to be causing me more damage than good lately.

Here a pic ref shoebox.. http://shbox.com/1/hvac_compressor_control.jpg Code 68 says the PCM tried to pick the A/C clutch by grounding pin D8 and after that it did NOT sense +12 volts on pin D21 (output of the a/c relay). The relay is in the under hood box and is the same part number as the fog lamp, and fan relays . I assume you swapped it out already per your post, and replaced fuse 12 (20amp). From here on you will need a multimeter to figure out what's broken, by checking the circuit out. ALSO when working on a/c DTC's reset PCM after doing changes as the old codes may cause the a/c not to run
Code 44 & 64..If you are '94-95 then the O2 faults could be a O2 heater fuse, if '93 then it's a different story..
