Obviously I'd like people that I ether a) know or know of/have heard of or seen on other sites, b)have experience moderating before, or c) some combination thereof.

Well there's one way to fix that and that's to not let on that you're a girl. Use some kind of anonymous username like FastZ281999 or something.

I find a lot of guys as soon as they find a girl on a forum they are hanging on her every word drooling all over her, LOL. That's got to get old too.

I hope we end up with a little more sophisticated group here, but time will tell. So far so good.
