we made a intake to adapt the EATON m112 from a ford lightnig and had them running on impalas. it would also work on the fbodys but you would need a bigger hood. it fit under the stock b body hood though!!
pm if you intrested in the setup.

and you would have to cut the wiper cowl.... the motor is stuffed under there and there isn't any room for the roots style blower without some cutting... (well almost... couple people are just about doing it... totaly custom though)

Well i live here in Fresno CA and i worked for Whipple for about 1 year.I did all the installs on Trucks and SUV's and prep work on the 16:71 race screw blowers Whipple actually made a kit and they had problems with it the engines kept breaking wristpins. The test vehicle was a 96 firebird back then i wasnt an f-body guy i now wish they had produced it .I saw my former supervisor a few months back and asked him whatever happened to prototype kit and he wasnt sure because he had went to work for Belltech .I'm sure they have it laying around
some where i haven't paid a visit over there in awhile ive been seeing quite a few people asking about this maybe if they get enough inquieries on it maybe they would finish production
