Coldair intake on 2000 firebird

and I really wanted to show my dad butt he sortoff freaked and he said that if i wrecked the egine he would never forgive me. i think that he is over reacting. is he right will it wreck the engine should i put the stock filter back on. please post back thanks.

No... You cannot hurt the engine by putting a different intake/air filter on.

thnks man i was getting nerves. ya my dad is not very smart with cars. the only thing he knows how to do is work a tv remote and a fishing and i microscope (he's a docter)

As long as no water get into the air intake you'll be fine.
