Iv'e got a '94 T.A.,LT1,WS6 PKG.Auto. ...I'm looking to buy a new torque converter, not sure of which brand to buy or what stall level.A racing buddy of mine says to go with SLP Performance and go with a 3000 Stall.I know little about converters and need help choosing one.I'm looking for that "neck snap"off the line without breaking the bank. It's mainly a street ride but I may go to the track once or twice to open her up!!Any help on this would be great.Everything is basically stock in my car minus the WS6 PKG. .Thanks.

Go w/ something other than the SLP. I got a 3400 Edge Racing 2.45 STR converter for my TPI 355. Love it. Will definately snap you back in the seat on launch!!! Only $550 shipped also!!!

The only ones I would run are Yank, Vigilante, Fuddle or Edge. I went w/ the Edge b/c price and they were great on the phone about getting exactly what I wanted.
