Has anyone seen the strange rear end? Is it any good for the money? Is very tough and how much HP will it handle with drag radials on?

Strange makes very very goo rear ends, but I need you to tell me some more. Is it a 12 bolt or a 9"? Are you buying this new or used? What mods do you have on your car?

yeah, between the two major brands there aren't any major differences. I've heard some differences between fitment, but nothing consistant.

Strength questions can be asked based on size of rear: 12-bolt vs. 9"

For what it's worth I have a Moser housing and axles, a Strange center-section, and Precision Gears

Can't go wrong with a Strange 12 bolt. They're literally bolt-in. The Moser 12 bolts aren't quite as simple to install. Strange uses stock size axles tubes, which means the sway bar brakets and all that junk bolt back on. With the Moser 12 bolt you have to get new bracketry.

I agree with Chris, the Strange is the most friendliest for the do-it-yourself kinda guy. I have built both of the manufactures housings and the Strange seems to be the best, but Moser is catching up.
