Why do I keep losing my sig?

I keep losing my sig! I go back to usercp its there save and post again its back. Whats going on here?

There is alittle box at the bottom of the Quick Reply box that says show Signature. Make sure it is checked.

the box is always checked, that's why I can't understand why it goes away and comes back randomly
