what converter size is best for stock lt1?

hey, i was wondering what the best size stall is that would work good in a 94 formula with 3:73 gears. it will be driven daily with ocasional track use and street racing :rockon: .thanks

Do you plan on nitrous? The stall size will depend on future mods?

i would like to get a set of heads and a cam, with maybe a 100shot but that wont be for a year or more. should i wait and get the stall after the mods are done?
