User Group Upgrades!

Thanks to some recent upgrades in our hosting package, I'm pleased to announce the following improvements:

- Now all users can post attachments

- +25 increased pm limit for all users (75 for regular users, 125 for sponsors and supporting members)

- 10 images/smilies per post now instead of 5

Depends on how you're trying to do it. You can't do an attachment in a signature, it has to be a picture already hosted somewhere else on the web, then use the IMG tags in your signature.
