This ought to get interesting, but some people really like em, and some really do not like them.

To be fair, AI utilizes a CNC approach to porting, where as most others use a hand porting approach.

I don't have experience with either but am interested in both. From what I can see AI may have LE beat by a little in the peak HP but LE definately has the $ advantage. I guess it would be up to each person to decide weather the couple extra ponies are worth the $. I also have a hard time seeing the LE2 heads versus the LE1 heads, the claimed HP is only 10 more for $450. I guess once you get to 400hp the ponies start to cost alot more. I hope some experienced guys chime in.

If you are looking for a set of heads, you should not be overly concerned with max flow @ max lift and def not peak horsepower. I would much rather have a big torque curve than a high peak horsepower. This is for a street car though, if you are building an all out race car then by all means look for max flow.

ah yes, i would agree, it seems I forgot about a variable in my comparisons! I will have to check out the curves.
