shift pattern plates or decals

Anyone know of a place that sells or makes shift pattern plates or decals. Ideally I'd like to find/have made a say 2"x2" aluminum plate with the 5 speed shift pattern engraved on it.

I have to assume theres some place out there on line who already makes such a thing. Anyone seen one?
