I am just about to buy a strange 12 bolt rear end with 3.42 gears. How hard is it to install this.


Also i am thinking of upgrading the gears to 3.73's.

To swap the whole rear end out really isn't that hard. To change gears you will have to study up and it to make sure you understand how to check your clearences and such.
