Yeah, $70,000+ for a VW? I don't think so. Spend $8,000 more and get an Audi A8L.

I like the A8L's better than the 745Li's. I've sold and driven both.

The Phaeton is just a Passat with a bigger engine, and bigger wheelbase. Oh, and 3 times the price :P

The Phaeton was much more advanced than the Passat, but not worth the extra price.

People blasted GTO for not standing out enough for a car with a $33kish MSRP...

Phaeton certainly is worse... for more than DOUBLE the price.
