ALright i bought this car Its a 1999 firebid/trans am ls1/4l60e. I bought with no title and I was looking into getting a title for it but two of the middle numbers are unreadable :mad: . what I wanted to know if anybody knew of a vin check site or something of the sort. if any body can help it would be great. any the vin id is 2G2FV22(2 missing numbers)X2217011

you should be able to fine the number on the windshield or in the drivers side door jamb.

also, if that is impossible, the vin is stored in the computer, so somebody with hp tuners or le1 edit should be able to see

IIRC It should be "GX".

Check all the other spots on the car where the labels are. Door jams, under the console etc...

if worse comes to worse contact a local towing company they will know the number to a vin verification company.

its illegal to remove your vin and the revits are a special kind so you wouldnt ever to get the right revits for it
