fast idle problem

My LT1 has started to increase the idle speed after it has run for a while.
I can kick it down but it comes back up next time I come to an intersection. Doesn't do it all the time. Any thoughts?

Any codes? top of my head all i can think is, TPS, IAC, or sticking throttle, or vaccuum leak.
You shouldnt be able to "kick down" the idle on a fuel injected vehicle.
