Gents,

Would like you all to consider a 6.0L LQ4 block with L92 heads, GM L92 90mm manifold with 40lb injectors, and a 224/224 .563/.563 114 LSA cam. What could I possibly look for with this combo as a power range? I know I'll be limited over 6k with the intake, that's okay (for discussion). Tuning obviously required, would like to go the emulator route. Would like to have a T56 over auto, so this would be a 2000-2002 block. Am I correct in estimating compression around 9.5-9.6 with stock gasket? Is the cam too mild for this engine build?

Any possibility I can get away with the 6.0L exhaust manifold rather than go the shorty route? I have NO idea about emissions execpt that I want to pass inspection.

Would a build like this be worth it?

Thanks.

What are you going to put this in? The L92 manifold is a nice piece but it's not going to fit in a 4th Gen F-Body.

I also think the cam is way off, I wouldn't say it's too mild just WRONG.

That build would be worth it for sure, probably not a bad bang for the buck.

I would just design a custom one for you.

I've done everything from Truck cams for towing to all out race cams in dragsters for LS motors so anything odd like this is not a problem at all.
