Simple question: can I replace a blown 3.8super charged engine with a naturally aspirated 3.8 long block? Just put blower on it and go or are the heads different also? I got a 00 GTP dirrrrrt cheap but it needs a motor. 3.8 series II are a dime a dozen but I want to make sure the blower is the main difference. what else is involved in the swap? Is the compression the same? (8.5-9.1?)

There is more to it than just a blower.
Heads must be changed as L67s positioned their fuel injectors outside the lower intake manifold and into the cylinder heads.
Fuel rail, injectors, harmonic balancer, accessory drive, PCM, throttle body, coil packs (L67 packs are slightly hotter than L36).
Better off getting a complete assembly from Ed Morad.

There are a lot of writeups on ClubGP and GrandPrixForums.net that talk about top swaps for NA but I've never seen anyone put a top swap engine into a GTP. Maybe ask around on the sites. Plenty of experts there!

You can be do it. The L67"Top Swap" is becoming popular. Make sure he's got a safe tune in there before he goes na has fun after words.
