I was told the Blue devil is actually an prototpe of the next iteration of the z06. The Current LS7 is supposed to be produced in limited numbers (2000?), then, from what im told) the base C6 will get a 6.3 and 450 horses and the Z06 gets a Supercharged 6.3 with between 550 and 600hp. Just passing on what i've been told, no idea on the validity of this information.

Well I did read recently that the LS7 may just be a stop gap, and the Z06 could end up getting this 6.2L blown motor.....so that does jive with what you've heard. It would seem the Z is perfectly positioned for its price point right now though.
