MAP Sensor

Can anyone give me a rundown on how to remove/install a MAP sensor? Mine is not working properly, and Ive ordered a new one, and I am wanting to put it in myself.
I believe its towards the rear of the motor....

I'm not 100% sure of the location on a LS1, but its simply 2 bolts and a pigtail connector on a LT1. I'll move this to the LS1 tech for better responses.

I haven't replaced mine on the LS1 but I know its on the back of the intake manifold. It should just pop up and out.

Thanks for the site! Itll be done tomorrow with replaced seals! I hope this fixes the "trans problem"....
