im lookin for a tune shop because i cant take my car apart to get it tuned and it would be nice to know of one around here.

I am not sure how far you might want to travel, but they are a good shop with an experienced tuner.
Fresno appears to be equal distance from either Sacramento and Los Angeles.
There are a few other tuning shops in San Francisco and LA but I have no experience with them.
