im working on a 99 buick LS that refuses to start MOST of the time. itll fire up every once in a hundred key turns. when you turn the ignition on theres no click or anything, and you cant put the windows down, or move the shifter or listen to the radio. the gauges dont work but the cluster has power and lights the LED screen. the start and solenoid wires were ground well and had 12V when the ignition was turned. weve jumped the starter and it turns over so its not that at all. the battery has 12.55V. we datalogged normal running when we got the car running for 20 minutes after which we turned it on and off successfully 5 times then i didnt start and hasnt since on the 6th. the fuses are alllll perfect. relays under the hood are good as well. does ANYONE have ANY idea what could cause this? we were thinking ignition relay under the steering column or the smartchip in the key? when it runs and sits sometime it will stall after a while or lights (ABS, airbag, security etc) will flash on and off.
