What do you guy's think of the stock Ls6 cam........it would be an upgrade for my Ls1.


is this mod worth it or should I wait for an aftermarket cam?

oh ya the Ls6 cam is used and not to expensive

Its not worth the effort to install it IMO. Its not different enough from the stock LS1 cam.

just go with a 224 cam, get a used one for cheap from someone upgrading. and its a proven cam and a good street cam too.

i went with the LPE GT2-3. has characteristics like the LS6 cam but performs better. i will be upgrading to a F4 soon though.

The GT2-3 is already in there. He's swapping to the F4.

It's a Lingenfelter cam. The GT2-3 is an excellent sleeper cam. No real noticable lope especially thru full exhaust.

probably. it's a good little cam. i'm making 371/350 untuned and no pulley/tb.
