i have a 77 camaro and it has a 383 stroker in it. will a 89 chevy truck fuel injected intake fit on it. i am putting the 383 into the 89 chevy truck and i would like to use the fuel injected intake with the throttle body. then later on sometime im using the original block from the truck to build another 383 stroker but it will be blown and i will put that into the 77 camaro.

You will need to use the heads off the 89 to run the intake.

The only difference is the angle of the middle two intake mount bolts on each side of the intake. You can elongate the holes in the intake to match the 90 degree angle of the bolt holes in the head. You don't have to use '87-later heads.

A better route, especially with a 383, is to use a carb intake with a TBI adapter. TBI intakes, even aftermarket, are nothing to write home about.

I have heard of that but havent seen anyone do it , it would be way to go if it works. What kind of a cam does the 383 have.

Your stock TBI set up will not like that much cam, comp does have a cam specifically for TBI's. I also second the carb intake and adapter especially with larger displacement.
