this is a ram air for those of you who have a moroso or K&N cold air intake or any other intake that goes down into the box in front of the fender well first i started out and measured on the bottom of the box where it would fit and then cut the plastic

i used cardboard to mock it up these are the measurements that worked for me

i traced it on sheet metal and cut it tin snips worked for me
http://i214.photobucket.com/albums/cc305/brandonsauter/SANY1064.jpg
then i bent it into the form i wanted

i coated it in plastidip but any black paint will work
http://i214.photobucket.com/albums/cc305/brandonsauter/SANY1080.jpg
then i drilled holes for mounting it and i used regular wood screws because i was out of rivets then mounted it

you will have to cut the plastic piece that gets air to the radiator so there will be airflow to the scoop

http://i214.photobucket.com/albums/cc305/brandonsauter/SANY1085.jpg
then there are holes that you have to cover up i used a tupperware lid and some rtv for the big hole and sheet metal for the other
http://i214.photobucket.com/albums/cc305/brandonsauter/SANY1074.jpg
http://i214.photobucket.com/albums/cc305/brandonsauter/SANY1089.jpg
that seals it all up and for the cot of a piece of sheet metal you have ram-air i hope this thread helps you with this ram-air you really feel a difference with interstate driving:LS1LT1flag:
