Today I installed some 3.73's in a certain formula...I took some pix & did a small write up to help people decide if they can do this themselves, or need to have a shop do it.

Nice write up....I think it would really help to have pics of measuring backlash and a correct gear mesh pattern. If you have not done it before, it may not make any sense to some people. Good job though.

Very deatailed,
I found this In search of rebuilding my Rear, But....Without a lift, I dont know If Id want to tackle a Job like that on the ground..:thumbsup:

That is about as detailed as it gets. I am considering doing my rear, and that just made me feel pretty confident that I can do it. I just need the pullers/installers for the bearings and races, as I imagine that makes life much simpler.
