So I posted this same question and got NO response so i figured i would try here. I just purchased some clear corner lenses for my Impala for short money on ebay. They just came in the mail the other day and have yet to had a chance to put them in or even check out what is involved in doing so. Is it easy to do? Are there any tricks so I do not break anything. I cant imagine it being all that hard but again i really do not want to break either the new ones or the old in case i want to put them back in.

It'll take you less than 5 minutes so swap them out. There's 1 phillips screw you have to take out, then pull and there's 1 clip that goes in the fender. Twist out both the bulbs, then go reverse. Only thing you might have to do is if your clear corners have a big square hole where the screw goes, you have to put some sort of clip on there or obviously the screw won't do anything. Also the stock bulb in the side marker is a 24, you need a 24 NA so it'll light up amber. The 2057 bulb for the cornering light is supposed to be clear already so that one you don't have to change.
