BMR Chassis-mount T/A

I just got one of these yesterday (came with my 9", sorta :)). Do I need to adjust the bolts so that after pinion angle is set the little connector from the T/A to the body mount is 90* (perpendicular to the ground)? Or does it not really matter how this is oriented?
