there are a few H/C kits out there making seriouse power, it really depends on your goals, and you $$$...
loyd elliot is supposed to be good,
joe overton is good,
or you can put your own set up together, find some ported afr's or trickflows, and chose a cam that best matches your needs... makesure you spend sometime reading the stickeys, you will get a much better understanding of the direction you should be going...

Yeah man, i think everyone new to lt1's sees the claims made by advertisers that 425hp you get from the lt4 kit, however that number is at the crank and the car had full bolt ons. With the cam grinds available now for the lt1, that number can be achieved with a cam only car with full bolt ons.
Check out guys like joe overton and lloyd elliot, they have fairly inexpensive head and cam packages that are proven to make lots of power out of our old lt1 motors. Welcome to the site broh

:hello:
Like they all said, I'd stay away from the LT4 kit. IMO it's a waste of money. Also remember that you don't have to buy an "off the shelf" H/C package. Almost any shop and all of our sponsors offer custom head porting and custom grind cams. Do some research and decide what your goal is. Then go from there.

Welcome to the site. Like the posts above said read alot and do alot of reaserch before really deciding on what you want to get.
When I first got my car, and knew nothing I just read alot on forums, changed my mind like 100 times, then settled on a plan.
