Fuel pump?

Iam bogging out on the interstate around 50mph or so. There is a complete power loss (even in neutral) but its not dying, it is just idleing. When the rpm's come back down I can resume acceleration until I reach that point again. Iam told this may be a fuel pressure problem and may need a new fuel pump. Anyone know what the pressure should be at? and what kind of fuel pump i need.
