When i have my ac on it will blow cold then blow luke warm then back to cold again. Any idea whats causing it?

When the car is idling, a/c on, hood up, do you hear the compressor click on and off? If so, you probably have a low charge from a small leak. You might could just simply add some refrigerant (134a).

i have a similar problem in my TA every once in a while it will blow luke wark air for a few seconds and then back to cold...
anyway i have a question... what refrigerant does my 94 T/A use 134a???? or is it the older stuff

How luke warm are we talking? It is normal for compressors to cycle on and off, that's how they maintain pressures and keep from freezing up.

Like pretty warm. Almost heater warm, but only for a few seconds.

sounds like your system is low on freon. the low pressure switch is turning the compressor off to prevent catastrophic failure. go have your system checked by a reputable shop. If you try it yourself and add too much freon your system will likely blow warmer than it did. Older R12 systems you could get away with adding a few ounces and calling it good. newer systems are way less tolerant of overcharging.
